Marjorie McCown Book Signing

Enjoy an evening with writer Marjorie McCown, an Eagle Rock resident, and learn how she started her career as a mystery writer after a 27-year career as a costumes designer for movies such as Forrest Gump, Apollo 13, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, just to name a few.  

She'll talk about her first book, Final Cut, and her upcoming second book, Star Struck, on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Women's Twentieth Century Club of Eagle Rock, 5105 Hermosa Avenue (corner of Hermosa and Colorado).

Final Cut, published in June 2023, was chosen as an Amazon Editor's Pick in the best Mystery, Thriller, and Suspense category, and was also selected by Deadly Pleasures Magazine as one of the best cozy mysteries of 2024.

Star Struck, book #2 publishes May 7, 2024.
